Southland Excavations Sponsors Ballarat Speedway and Race Driver Justin Kennedy Junior Racer
Justin Kennedy (14 Years) will be starting his second year as a Junior Speedway Racer and he is fully sponsered by Southland Excavations. During the last season, Justin has raced at Ballarat Redline Speedway & Horsham Speedway.
